2. Product Warranty
For most, the machines are a 1-year warranty, but for some key parts of the machine, like heating tubes can be 10 years warranty, and gas burner with 6 years warranty, and lifetime technical support.

According to the order quantity and product, we can provide free spare parts if the order reaches 5,000 USD.
If the order is less than 5,000 USD, the customers can purchase the spare parts with the goods.
Spare parts will be shipped together with the goods.

Q1: Are you a trading company or factory?
A: We have a factory located in Guangzhou, China. We supply high-quality kitchen equipment at factory price and own export and import rights.

A: We manufacture bakery equipment, including gas ovens, electric ovens, convection ovens, rotary ovens, pizza ovens, proofers, sheeters, toast molders, mixers and so on.

A: Yes, OEM/ODM is welcome anytime.
Q4:What is the payment term?
A: We accept T/T and L/C
Q5: Can you arrange shipment to the buyer's country?
A: Yes, we will arrange the shipment to any place, but all ocean freight and custom declaration fees belong to the buyer's side. We accept Ex-works in the factory, FOB Guangzhou.
Q6: How about the delivery time?
